ORDER FAQ

Greetings to you! I am delighted you have chosen me, Lady Morgana, to assist you psychically and magickally! Please take a moment to read the information below before ordering a reading or spell from me as this should answer most queries you have. Remember, all readings and spells are sent to your e-mail address and not physically shipped to you. Hence, there is no shipping charge:

If I have ever performed a reading or spell for you at another online psychic company aside from the Akashic Temple of Wisdom and Online Psychics (the latter site being a mirror site for the Akashic Temple of Wisdom), you would need to let me know in e-mail which company prior to placing an order since I have so many clients in different places! Some companies may consider you their client nonetheless and, in that case, I will not knowingly perform services for you through my site. Thank you, all you HONEST folks! You will be well-rewarded karmically :)


If you are a new client you cannot order more than one reading and one spell or two spells at the same time via PayPal, or only one spell at a time via ClickBank. I accept credit cards, electronic checks, and cash transfers via your checking account through either ClickBank or PayPal only (both are secure!). I do not accept money orders, paper checks, or cash. Your IP address is recorded for security measures so that payment can be traced to you.


WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I CLICK ON A PURCHASE LINK?

When you click on a service you will be redirected to a SECURE ordering site via either PayPal or ClickBank, depending on which you choose to make your purchase. After you make payment, a "Thank You" page will come up verifying your purchase and including a questionnaire form for you to fill out. On this form you can write down your queries and any other pertinent data such as birth name, birth date, et al in order for me to conduct your reading or spell. This questionnaire form will be e-mailed to me when you click on the "Send Button" at the bottom of the page. You will then be sent to another page which confirms your submission was received.

In addition, you will receive e-mail confirmation from either ClickBank or PayPal (depending on which you select to place your order) verifying your order number, date, and amount of purchase. If you do not receive one then you can contact either of them and request a copy. However, a copy of your payment information is sent to me as well, which I will notify you of myself in what is called a "Notification of Payment Received" e-mail that I will send to you.

*Please do NOT write your questions on the PayPal payment form, as I only read questions submitted via the questionnaire form mentioned above. If you have any problem with this questionnaire form not coming up or sending, please e-mail me at Orders@temple-of-wisdom.net so I can remedy this matter for you.


HOW AND WHEN DO I GET MY READING OR SPELL?

Readings will be sent to your e-mail address within approximately 4 business days after payment and the questionnaire form is received, although the average wait is 48 hours during non busy times and excluding holidays and weekends. Sometimes I don't receive the questionnaire form for 24 hours or more after you send one to me so please allow this additional time in the event the server is slow. Holidays are an exception. If a US holiday falls 96 hours before, during, or after you placing your order/your order being due, please allow another 48 hours. Although I often do work weekends/holidays (in particular as needed for spellwork), this is not a given, especially when it comes to readings. Be certain that you provide an accurate e-mail address and that you don't have any SPAM filters preventing you from receiving mail from the temple-of-wisdom.net domain. Effort is made to answer all allotted amount of queries for each reading type, however, if Spirit does not provide much insight on any given question then more time will be spent addressing your other question(s) instead.

With spells a simple enough and brief recitation, chant, or prayer for you to use in order to "seal" the magick will be sent to your e-mail address (in what is referred to as a *"spell guideline") within approximately 4 business days after payment and the questionnaire form is received, although the average wait is 48 hours during non busy times and excluding holidays and weekends. Sometimes I don't receive the questionnaire form for 24 hours or more after you send one to me so please allow this additional time in the event the server is slow. Holidays are an exception. If a US holiday falls 96 hours before, during, or after you placing your order/your order being due, please allow another 48 hours. Although I often do work weekends/holidays (in particular as needed for spellwork), this is not a given, especially when it comes to readings. Be certain that you provide an accurate e-mail address and that you don't have any SPAM filters preventing you from receiving mail from the temple-of-wisdom.net domain.

*This spell guideline includes all information you need to know pertaining to the ceremony. However, since spells are cast on certain days of the week in general then the actual ritual might not be performed until after your receipt of the spell guideline. I.e., if you order a Celtic love spell on Sunday, it will not be cast until that following Friday.


HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU SPEND ON MY READING OR SPELL?

Reading Duration: (all of these are averages) Comprehensive Tree of Life Readings take 2 hours to 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete. Comprehensive Readings take 1 and a 1/2 hours to complete. Specialty Readings take 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete. Mini Readings average 30 minutes to 45 minutes to complete. Quickie Yes/No and Itty-Bitty Readings average 10 to 20 minutes to complete (in respective order). Each reading varies, however, as to the amount of information received irrespective of always spending at least the aforementioned amount of time on said because this can include prepping the reading, utilizing a tool of divination (i.e., tarot), adding graphics thereof, channeling a higher entity (i.e., Spirit), typing, proofreading, editing, and then e-mailing the completed reading to you.

*Most Comprehensive Angel, Spirit Guide, and even Itty-Bitty Past Life Readings include artwork and/or photos representative of such beings and/or past life locales. Some Specialty Readings include the same, such as Animal Spirit Readings (to use one example). This allows you to better visualize the entity/information revealed to you.

Magick Duration: The amount of time spent on each spell can vary dramatically; contingent upon the goal of the client, severity of the situation, type of ritual performed, and any entities used (e.g., Spirit, angels, faeries, and the like). A spell can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour to conduct (excluding a Three Spell Combo for Love and 5 Day Power Ritual, as obviously these take more time). All spell prices include any roots, herbs, oils, incense, and candles I may need to perform the spellwork. The time spent on a spell also includes a "spell guideline" being sent to you (which entails a recitation, meditation, chant, or prayer in order for you to seal the magick I do because your participation is vital to the success of your goal), typing, proofreading, etc., too.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Even though there is a LOT I can assist you with, still, I reserve the right to not conduct readings or spells pertaining to pregnancy, paternity, health, children under the age of 18, or deceased loved ones, and I do not locate missing items or persons. However, if a deceased loved one or missing person comes through in a session of his/her own accord, I will be certain to pass this on to you! I also do not violate the privacy of others. If a coworker, friend, family member, or loved one truly does not want you to know something, I won't psychically force this information from him/her in a session.

Likewise, I will not tell you what you absolutely must do, or are going to do, or will have, in the future. Due to the blessing of free will your future lays in your own hands. Although I do offer advice in readings I always encourage each of you to make your own decisions nonetheless. And, instead of telling you what emphatically will be, I predict the most likely outcome of any given relationship or goal (within the span of time the reading type you order covers) if you remain on your present path. If you don't like the premonitory information relayed to you then change your path! This option would be yours ;-D

Bear in mind that I cannot select a reading type for you. You would need to decide this for yourself. For example, if you want most of the insight to come from an angelic being then you would order an Angel Reading. If you want premonitory insight covering up to six months only then you would order a Mini Reading. Etc. Otherwise, you are only supposed to ask so many questions per reading type and not supposed to ask about more than one person other than yourself per reading (although Comprehensive Tree of Life Readings allow you to ask about two persons other than yourself) because the input can become muddled and the session can take too long to complete (I already spend a lot of time on each reading as it is, more so than the average psychic). In which case, if you do ask more questions than the reading type you order permits, and/or if you do ask about more than the allotted amount of persons permitted in the reading type you order, it will be up to my discretion as to whether or not I address these additional questions/persons. This will primarily depend on how much "free" time I have following the usual session.

Finally, take care to note that Comprehensive Lovers Soulmate, Comprehensive Spirit Guide, and other comprehensive readings are sold separately for valid reasons: the method and/or entity used differs for each so quite a bit of time is needed for each. Therefore, if you ask about a soulmate, spirit guide, past life, and so on within any other reading type (i.e., a Mini Psychic Reading) you will only get very minimal input. If you seek in-depth soulmate, spirit guide, angel, etc. information then you would need to order one of these comprehensive readings individually.
